Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

At Honeybee Construction, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

1. Materials and Supplies Returns:

Unopened and unused construction materials and supplies may be returned within 30 days of delivery with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must be in resaleable condition. Custom or special orders are non-refundable.

2. Equipment Returns:

Rented or leased equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date in its original working condition. Equipment with excessive wear, damage, or missing parts may be subject to additional fees or denied returns.

3. Completed Services:

Deposits and payments for completed services are non-refundable once work has commenced. In cases of dissatisfaction with completed work, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns and find a suitable solution.

4. Exceptions:

• Custom-fabricated materials, made-to-order products, and special orders are not eligible for return.

• Any materials altered, damaged, or installed by the customer cannot be returned.

5. How to Return:

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact Information. Our team will provide instructions for returning your items or resolving your issue.

6. Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, signing a contract, or using any services provided by Honeybee Construction (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
The Company agrees to furnish construction services as outlined in written estimates, contracts, or work orders agreed upon by both the Company and the Client.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in your contract. The Company reserves the right to suspend work should payments be delayed.
4. Change Orders
Any changes or additions to the original scope of work must be documented and signed by both parties. Additional charges and extended timeframes may apply.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide access to the worksite and ensure the site is free from hazards and obstructions. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise specified in the contract.
6. Scheduling and Delays
The Company will make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe. However, delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or factors beyond the Company’s control shall not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Warranties
The Company warrants its workmanship for typically 1 year, but specify your timeframe from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damages caused by others.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages. The Company’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the contract amount paid by the Client.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches the contract. The Client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Your State or Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
